I have a few touches left on the headstock of my current build and I am into finish prep'ing. So basically in the white, no bridge. I did a tap test and the T111 is sitting at 101Hz, T112 at 221Hz and what I assume is cross diapole at 252Hz. Should I be trying to reduced the T112 and Cross Dipole at this stage by sanding the rim or the height of the transverse braces?

Given a lot of assumptions about bridge mass etc., finishing and gluing a bridge on will bring you closer to a T(1,1)2 of 200Hz than 190Hz. Coming down to 190Hz will push the T(1,1) lower and you don't want to end up on 98 Hz (G), but you may be able to bring that back up again by altering the sound hole diameter. Dropping the extra 10Hz to 190Hz can't be done just by edge thinning, so you'd have to go fairly hard at both edge thinning and brace shaving. I'd be inclined to leave as is.

Thanks Trevor. The bridge mass without 4mm saddle is 17.5g. I will leave as it is and keep testing as I go, cheers.
