What material would you recommend for making the side mass weights?

Hi Scott, I believe that Trevor used mild steel. I use Brass because I have some 1 1/2 x 1/8 inch Brass strip thats a pretty useful size and avaiable.

Thanks, Is brass as heavy as mild steel? I'd bet the brass is easier to drill!

Brass is made up of Copper & Zinc Scott, Copper is reasonably heavy & Zinc is deceivingly heavy!ScottC. wrote:Surprising:

Yes, I use steel, but anything cheap and dense can be used. That should leave plenty of opportunity for the wits around here...
