Great book!

As I read through the books I have some questions but I imagine others have probably had the same or similar. Is there an FAQ page or similar anywhere so I can avoid asking dumb questions :) ??

I can search this forum page of course.

Tried to pm this but doesn't seem to be working

There isn't an FAQ page. Best to search this sub-forum first. The growth in new topics has slowed quite a bit, so I guess that means that most of the questions that are going to be asked already have been. If you can't find what you need, (either here or in the book) then ask away!
