USB Microphones

As USB microphones have been mentioned in this section of the forum I thought it
might be of interest to some that there is a review/article on USB microphones in the
December edition of the Acoustic Guitar magazine, the one with Jerry Garcia on the cover.

I use a xlr to USB conversion cable so I can just use my regular dynamic mics

It is a general look at the of USB mikes. It does not provide a detailed comparison
of mikes and features in a tabulature form.

Jeff, do your mikes need phantom power?

No, dynamic mics do mot need Phantom power.
It's only condenser mics like your typical studio mics that need it
