Unfortunately there are actually idiots like this guy out there. Had two of them under my supervision on the last job I was on. They couldn't see what was wrong with wiring up a three phase power cable to a motor by themselves without taking out a work permit or seeking the help of an electrician. Of course they got the phases back to front and the motor ran backwards...
