There seems to be a pretty general consensus among Flamenco builders, that is accordance with accepted Greek principles he has included coffee breaks, meal breaks, and dalliance with the mistress breaks in his billable hours

My exorbitant day rate is inclusive of long hours spent in oil rig galleys shovelling down grub and slurping down gallons of American style stewed Cawwfee.
